that its patented e-SPECS® construction specification solution
is helping firms like Martinez + Cutri architects reduce their design
costs while improving design delivery. Martinez + Cutri Corporation

e-SPECS
automates the preparation of construction specifications by extracting
the product and material requirements directly from the CAD/BIM design
application instantly updating the project specifications to the requirements

systems. As updates and changes in the design drawing model are made,

model, while e-SPECS Desktop provides the collaboration technology
for the entire design team from any PC using internet based communications.
