Account Executive
We
are seeking an ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our team
and drive sales both directly and indirectly in support of our partners
throughout the United States.
The
ideal candidate will have experience selling professional services
and software, preferably to the architecture, engineering and construction
industry.

This

Applications
Consultant
The
Applications Consultant is responsible for presenting InterSpec's
products to prospects and customers, including:
- Providing
technology demonstrations, presentations, installations, on-site
consultation and client training.
- Working
in conjunction with Account Managers to evaluate client needs and
recommend sales strategies.
- Provide
technical training and sales support to our sales channels
- Technical
support (via phone, email and web) as needed
Job
Requirements: Applicants
should have knowledge and working experience with Autodesk products,
preferably as a CAD Manager or practicing architect or engineer. Applicants
must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to speak
comfortably in public and in front of groups, as well as the ability
to excel in a team environment. Candidates must be proficient in presenting
and demonstrating technical solutions to architects, engineers, technical
buyers, and executive management and must demonstrate a strong aptitude
for technology. Experience with SQL databases a plus. 25-35% travel
required.
Education
Requirements: B.S.
in architecture, engineering or equivalent work experience.

Specifications
Writers
InterSpec
provides Internet-based construction specification writing services
to architects and engineers, with clients in most states nationwide.
We have an opening for a specwriter to join our specifications writing
team in our Portland, ME office although candidate may also work from
a remote or home-based office is commuting is not an option.
Candidates
should have a minimum of two years experience in the preparation and
administration of construction specifications and should be familiar
with a wide range of building types, materials and construction systems.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are required. CSI
certification is desirable. Compensation and benefits commensurate
with experience.
